The world we are seeing is nothing but our karma.
It evolves every second when the time of our waking, and spread in the space screen, like a movie. Sometime we are enjoying it... in another time we are depressing. We have never been peaceful throughout the day. These tiring experience leads us to sleep.
In the deep sleep. the 'karma' dissolves is 'Athma'. We are in the state of 'continuous enjoyment'. This happens without any effort.
So, we try to experience this 'continuous enjoyment' throughout the waking time of our life. This process of effort starts from Devotion and ens in Mukthi.
This whole act of 'Uniting process' is observed by Athma, monitoring and directing by Sathguru.
Sathguru... He is another form of Athma.
