Astrology and it's insight - 146 : 'Sun indicates Soul'

Veda explains about the Supreme Power as infinite, self illuminated and an uncharacteristic empower. That Supreme Empower is the source for the Jeevan. This source is called the Soul. The Soul has the radiance of millions of Suns. But it is hidden in the human body. It is the source for the human life.

The Jeevan draws it's energy from the Soul and fulfills it's duties through out it's life period. The duties are called 'Karma'. The Karma is the records of blessings and the curses of the previous births of the Jeevan.

In Vedic astrology, the Sun represents the Soul. The Sun is in the centre, other Planets orbit in the sky around it. That is where the other Planets get their energy from. So, in the Vedic Astrology, all the Almanac arithmetic calculations are based on the Sun.
